MILL HALL — Lexy Gabrielson and Veronica Stanford hit 3-pointers in overtime to help Selinsgrove topple previously unbeaten Central Mountain, 48-45, in a Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I showdown Thursday night.
The win puts the Seals (4-2 overall, 4-0 HAC-I) as the lone undefeated team in Division I.
The Seals (4-2, 4-0) got 11 points from Avery DeFazio and 10 from Stanford.
Selinsgrove trailed 15-13 at halftime, but scored 16 in the third quarter, including a pair of Stanford 3s.
Cierra Adams and Lizzy Diehl added nine and eight points, respectively, in the win.
Ava Renninger led all scorers with 14 points for the Wildcats (5-1, 3-1).
