Hornets drop regular season finale to Galeton

The Wellsboro Boys Tennis team dropped their regular season finale to Galeton, 3-2, at Packer Park on Friday, April 29.
Singles Results
Joseph Doty def. Reilly Streich 6-7 (7-9), 6-1, 6-4
Micah Batson def. Liam Manning 7-5, 6-3
Braiden Cimino def. Owen Richardson 3-6, 6-2, 7-6 (10-8)
Doubles Results
John Martin/Matt Smith def. Aiden Gehman/Hayne Webster 1-6, 6-4, 6-3
Drew Manning/Jacob Abadi def. Jeremiah Lubera/Elijah Kiselyk 6-0 (forfeit)
The loss ends Wellsboro's regular season with a record of 10-5 (6-0 NTL). The team will be back in action in the District IV team tournament against an opponent to be determined.
