Canton proved too much for Sayre, beating them 55-13, in NTL football action.
Ben Fitch was 8-for-10 for 226 yards and three scores through the air, while running four times for 68-yards and a touchdown.
Holden Ward had six carries for 60-yards with a score, along with three catches for 102-yards and a touchdown.
Aydin Holcomb had three catches for 69-yards and a score, as Zach Colton hauled in two receptions for 55-yards and a touchdown.
Bailey Gardner added four carries for 38-yards and a score.
Gardner got Canton on the scoreboard in the first quarter with a 24-yard run for the 6-0 lead.
The Warriors would score four touchdowns in the second, beginning with a 7-yard Ward run. Fitch then had three straight passing touchdowns: a 37-yarder to Aydin Holcomb, a 77-yarder to Ward, and a 4-yard pass to Colton. Alexis McRoberts went 4-for-4 on PATs in the quarter for a 34-0 lead at the half.
Michael Beers scored his first varsity touchdown with a 6-yard run to start the second as McRoberts hit the point after for a 41-0 lead.
After Sayre scored Fitch had a 44-yard touchdown run to put the Warriors up 48-7 after the McRoberts kick.
Sayre would score again but Holcomb had the final say on a 79-yard kick-off return to the House. McRoberts’ kick was good for the 55-13 final.
