Midd-West field hockey raises awareness for pediatric cancer

The Midd-West Field Hockey team held their annual cancer event this year for ThinkBIG.

The event "WORTH THE FIGHT" was held on October 10. The team sold t-shirts and had a bake sale during the game to help raise funds for ThinkBig, an organization helping local families battle pediatric cancer. The Midd-West School District also held a dress down day with all proceeds going directly to ThinkBIG. The seniors presented a check to Dr. Colby Wesner, founder of ThinkBIG, in the amount of $1730.20.
