Schon places 2nd at PIAA Wrestling Tournament

Junior Nate Schon capped his 2019 season with a 2nd place finish at the PIAA Wrestling championships at the Giant Center in Hershey.

Schon went 3-1 throughout the tournament, scoring a 45 second fall over Abington Heights' Gavin Drake, a 20-3 tech fall against Downingtown West's Chase Mielnik, and a 13-5 major decisionGreensburg Salem's John Meyers.

Schon suffered a 3-1 decision in the finals to Cathedral Prep's Dorian Crosby.
