Lady Warriors sweep Towanda

Canton swept Towanda in NTL volleyball action Thursday, winning the matches 25-17, 25-19, and 25-20.

Allyson Butcher had 22 points, six aces, 25 assists, and three digs for the Warriors, as Aislyn Williams finished with nine points, three aces, 12 kills, a block, and seven digs.

Jillaney Hartford had five kills, one block, and a dig, with Keri Wesneski adding 11 points, three aces, seven kills, and seven digs.

Also for Canton, Marissa Ostrander chipped in with four points, one ace, and 12 digs; Rachel Martin had seven points, three aces, two kills, one block, three assists, and a dig; and Trisha Gilbert had three points, two kills, and 13 digs.
