Selinsgrove rolls in tri-meet

SELINSGROVE - Carly Aument and Abby Parise each won three individual events as Selinsgrove beat Central Mountain 111-39 in Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I action. 

The Seals also beat South Williamsport 125.5-23.5.

Aument won all three sprint races, taking the 100 in 12.34, the 200 in 26.44 and the 400 in 1:00.14. Parise won both hurdles races, the 100 hurdles in 15.74 and the 300 hurdles in 47.44. Parise also won the long jump with a leap of 16-11.

Shaela Kruskie won the 800 (2:33.94) and the 1,600 (5:30.2). 

Grace Bingeman (pole vault, 8-6), Ava Blair (triple jump, 31-3), Shakiya Stapleton (shot put, 32-7) and Mckenna Parker (javelin, 107-6) also won individual events for the Seals.
