Sullivan County Wins 8 Bouts To Top Canton, 46-29

A short-handed Canton wrestling squad fell to Sullivan County, 46-29, during non-league dual match action Tuesday.

The Griffins won eight of the 13 bouts - three by forfeit - as Lyle Vermilya (121), Tommy Preston (152), Blane Wesneski (172), and Leland Pepper (189) all had falls for the Warriors. Carson Castle (107) notched a forfeit.
