Davidson Accounts For Five TDs; Athens Blanks Wyalusing, 44-0, In Season-Opener

WYALUSING - Athens couldn't have asked for a better start to the season than its 44-0 win over Wyalusing during NTL football action Friday.

Senior Connor Davidson completed his first nine passes en route to a 9-for-10 performance for 97 yards and four touchdowns - all in the first half. He also ran for 98 yards on five carries, while senior Brendan Cooke pounded out 91 yards and a score on eight carries.

Senior Gage Marmor hauled in five catches for 62 yards and two touchdowns with junior Kade Rowe, and senior Dominic Robbins also nabbing touchdown passes.
