Senior Trio Paces Athens In 15-3 Rout Of Williamson

Seniors Brinley Nichols, Delanie Patton, and McKenna Jarvis combined for nine goals to lead Athens in a 15-3 win over Williamson here Wednesday evening in NTL girls soccer action.
"I was happy to finally find the back of the net," said Athens coach Rich Pitts, whose team scored just one goal in its first two games. "We were able to put together some great passing to get us in the final third and finish chances.
Nichols scored five goals and dished out two assists, while senior Delanie Patton scored three goals and doled out three assists, and senior McKenna Jarvis scored two goals and had one assist.
