The Hughesville and Lewisburg Boys Cross Country teams each claimed PIAA gold in their respective classifications at the PIAA Championships in Hershey.

The Wellsboro Varsity Girls Cross Country team scored a pair of wins over Cowanesque Valley and Sullivan County, while the boys picked up a win over Sullivan County, in Westfield on Tuesday, September 21.

Canton brought home two wins, and two first place finishers, as they defeated Sayre in NTL cross-country action Tuesday.
