Wellsboro JV Shutout By Sayre

The Wellsboro JV team was shutout on Monday night 54-0 by the Sayre Redskins. Wellsboro struggled on both sides of the ball to be consistent. The Wellsboro defense had Sayre stopped and in third-and-long situations on numerous occasions, only to give up a big a big play on the next snap.
At times the offense moved the ball down the field, but would stop themselves with costly dropped balls and turnovers.
The JV team will be in action again on Monday, October 12 at Towanda.
