Girls tennis falls to Cowanesque, 6-1

The Wellsboro girls tennis team dropped a league match to Cowanesque tonight, 6-1.

Raisa Rogers def. Mackenzie Sweet 6-0, 5-7, 6-4

Williams/Painter def. Evans/Russell 6-0, 7-6 (8-6)
Kump/Schauer def. Acorn/Lupkowski 6-1, 6-0
With the loss, the Hornets fall to 5-7 overall (2-7 NTL). The team will be back in action on Thursday, September 27 as they travel to Towanda.
