Hornet Volleyball wins Central Mountain tourny

The Wellsboro Varsity volleyball team took first place at the Central Mountain Tournament this weekend.
Senior Hannah Zuchowski received the Tournament Offensive Player Award.
Wellsboro started out the day by taking first place in their pool and received a bye for the first round of the playoffs. The Hornets took on Troy in the semi-finals and came out victorious after a hard fought three game match.
To finish the tournament, the Hornets went up against undefeated Philipsburg and won that match in two games.
