D4 golfers finish season at PIAA State Championships

District IV golfers finished the 2017 season at the PIAA State Championships at Heritage Hills on Tuesday, October 24.
In the AA boys field, Central Columbia's Grant Gronka tied for 11th overall with round of 83 and 74 (157 total), Lourdes Regional's Evan Salamone (79 + 88 = 167) tied for 25th with Warrior Run's Vincent Bender and Sayre's Ryan Murrelle. Wellsboro's Ben Barnett (88 + 87 = 175) finished 33rd overall.
In the AA girls field, Bloomsburg's Morgan Sohosky finished 8th overall with a combined 171 (84 + 87) and Lourdes Regional's Selina Albert rounded out the field in 17th iwth a score of 213 (110 + 103).
