It was a quick eight laps as Loyalsock’s Isabell Sagar nearly chased down the entire group of male runners during the 3,200 Wednesday at Central Columbia.
Sagar cruised to wins in both the 1,600 and 3,200, posting times of 5:23.11 and 10:32.09. The wins helped secure a victory for the Lancers, who defeated Central Columbia 105-45 to pick up the dual meet win. The boys fell to Central Columbia 112-38.
