MILTON — Avery DeFazio scored seven of her nine points in the first quarter as Selinsgrove built a 19-point halftime lead in a 45-23 win over Milton in a Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I girls basketball contest.
Cierra Adams scored a game-high 14 points to lead Selinsgrove (2-2). Lexy Gabrielson added 10 points in the win.
Crystal Hamilton scored nine of her team-high 11 points in the fourth quarter for the Black Panthers (0-4).
