Canton's Ben Knapp committed to Penn State via Twitter on Monday.
"It's a childhood dream come true," said Knapp. "And I can't wait to get to work."
The all-state tight end had nine catches for 107 yards receiving and three touchdowns in a shortened season this year. He had over 700 yards receiving and eight touchdowns in 2019.
His play on both sides of the ball have been key for Canton's turn around these past three years, as they've gone from sub. 500 teams to challenging for NTL and District IV titles.
He is a preferred walk-on for PSU.
