Late spurt lifts Central Mountain boys past Selinsgrove

SELINSGROVE - Central Mountain scored five late points, and survived a Selinsgrove 3-pointer at the buzzer as the Wildcats knocked off the Seals, 48-46.
Selinsgrove led 43-42, when Evan Baker hit a 3-pointer, then Conner Soo picked up a steal and layup to give the Wildcats a 47-43 lead with 20 seconds left in the game.
Ivan DeJesus hit a 3-pointer for Selinsgrove pull them within one, before Baker made 1-of-2 foul shots. The Seals game-winner didn't fall.
DeJesus scored 15 of his game-high 18 points in the first half for Selinsgrove. Ben Heim chipped in eight for the Seals.
