Lady Hornets fall to Cowanesque

The Wellsboro Girls Tennis Team dropped their NTL opening match at Cowanesque Valley on Tuesday, August 31.

Paisley Nudd def. Hannah Nuss 6-0, 6-2
Doubles Results
Janna Quick/Logan Hamilton def. Gillian Hernandez/Kailey Zuchowski 6-1, 6-2
Laynie Labarron/Chelsea Wattles def. Kayleigh Harper/Leslie Bowers 6-0, 6-1
The loss drops the Lady Hornets to 0-2 (0-1 NTL). The team is back in action on Thursday, September 2 at Island Park against North Penn-Liberty.
