SELINSGROVE - The Seals broke open a two-point game with suffocating second-half defense to beat Lewisburg, 33-12, in Heartland Athletic Conference-Division I action.
The Seals led just 12-10 at halftime, but Cierra Adams and Avery DeFazio got untracked offensively, while the Seals held Lewisburg without a bucket in the second half until Keeley Baker scored in the fourth quarter.
Adams and DeFazio combined to score 15 of their 21 combined points in the second half.
Adams finished with a game-high 12 points, while DeFazio finished with nine points for the Seals (8-3 overall, 6-2 HAC-I).
