The Wellsboro Boys Tennis team pulled through another close match, edging Towanda 3-2 at home to improve to 7-2 overall on Wednesday, April 12.

"It was a great win today with close matches up and down the board," head coach Andy Borzok said. "Peyton continues to improve and has established himself as the top player in the league in his first year playing tennis. Aiden and Luke put together another solid performance at 1st doubles, and Jacob came back from a set down to win a crucial match that lasted well over two hours."
Wellsboro remains perfect in league play, sitting atop the NTL standings at 4-0. The team is back on the court later this afternoon against North Penn-Liberty.
