Jersey Shore head coach Tom Gravish has been tabbed to lead Team Pennsylvania in next year's Big 33 Football Classic.

The official announcement came at the end of November. He also joins Jack Young, Jr. (2021) and Jack Young, Sr. (1990) as head coaches from District IV.

"We are thrilled to have Coach Gravish on the Big 33 Team as our Head Coach to offer his valuable expertise and championship strategies to our All-Stars this year," said PSFCA/Big 33 Executive Director Garry Cathell.

Gravish's career has spanned 34 years at Jersey Shore, Williamsport, Bellefonte and East Juniata, where he has accumulated 173 career wins. He is 106-44-1 since taking over the Bulldogs in 2012. Gravish has been an assistant Big 33 coach, head coach of the PSFCA East/West All-Star games, head coach of the District IV All-Star Game, and a past president of the PSFCA.

"I am thankful to the PSFCA and BIG 33 Selection Committee for being selected. I feel honored to represent Pennsylvania and greatly respect the great tradition of the Big 33 and all who have dedicated themselves annually towards a successful Big 33 Game. I owe a lot of gratitude to the many players that I have coached and to the assistant coaches that I have worked with over the years. I look forward to working with our 2024 PA Team, coaching staff and Big 33 Office."

District IV Football Coaches Association Justin Van Fleet (Loyalsock) added, "We are incredibly proud to count Tom as he is a major part of our District IV Football Coaches Association. His dedication to the game of football is unrivaled and has shown clearly in both the success of his teams at Jersey Shore as well as his commitment to our coach's association as well as the state association."

This year's Big 33 game is slated to kick off at 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Valley High School's Chapman Field in Mechanicsburg on Sunday, May 26.
