Canton edged South Williamsport, 3-1, in non-league volleyball action.
All the matches were close with the Warriors taking the first set 25-22. The Mounties won the second 28-26, but it was all Canton after that, winning the third 26-24 and the fourth 25-22.
Addi Pepper had a triple-double of 29 assists, 13 digs, and 10 points, plus two aces, and four kills, for Canton as Kendall Kitchen had a double-double of 14 points and 21 digs, to go with five aces, and two assists.
Cailyn VanNoy finished with a double-double of 14 points and 13 digs, along with eight kills, and two assists.
MaKenna Seachrist notched 17 points, eight kills, four aces, three digs, one block, and one assist, as Tara Gilbert finished with nine points, eight kills, five digs, and three aces.
Dana Wesneski added 13 points, nine digs, three kills, an ace, and an assist, as Addy Cardona finished with nine kills.
Canton won the JV match 25-13 and 25-1.
Nevaeh Vroman had 23 aces, two digs, and four assists with Emilia Pepper adding five aces, and two kills.
Cardona notched two aces, with three kills, while Summer Route had an ace with two digs, and Katie Barry finished with a dig and an assist.
Ashley Valera had three digs, Wesneski finished with two kills, and Jericka Strozyk had a kill.
