Troy Girls Fall To Liberty, 14-1

Troy softball dropped a 14-1 contest against NP-Liberty in NTL softball action.
Marlee Stanton (2-for-3) hit her home run with 2-outs in the bottom of the fifth, taking an 0-1 pitch well over the centerfield fence.
Sydnee Bellows (1-for-3) and Lauren Ridall (1-for-3) had the other two Trojan hits.
Ridall started, and finished the game, going three innings with two strikeouts, two walks, five hits, and eight runs scored. Olivia Champluvier pitched four innings through the middle of the game, striking out two with one walk, six hits, and six runs scored.
