Wellsboro Girls Fall To Towanda

A late 2nd period goal by Towanda's Anna Dunn gave the Lady Knights a 1-0 win over Wellsboro on Tuesday, September 17.
Dunn scored unassisted with 2:59 remaining in the game. Up until that point the game was tied 0-0.
Towanda doubled up Wellsboro in shots, 12-6, and had a slight 5-3 advantage in corner kicks.
Sophomore Jadyn Dunlap 9 saves in goal.
There was no JV game.
Wellsboro (2-5, 2-4 NTL) hosts Wyalusing on Thursday.
