Canton couldn't hang with Wyalusing as they fell 54-28 during NTL football action.

After falling down 14-0 the Warriors rallied to tie it up at 14-all, and were down just 20-14 at the half.

Wyalusing, though, scored three straight touchdowns to take a 40-14 as they pulled away in the second half.

Ben Fitch was 8-for-19 for 97-yards and a touchdown to lead the Warriors, while also running for 112-yards and two scores on 19 touches.

Bailey Gardner ran the ball eight times for 52-yards with a score, while through the air Aydin Holcomb had five catches for 77-yards and a touchdown. Rylan Wesneski had two catches for 21-yards.

After falling down by two scores the Warriors got on the scoreboard with a 2-yard Fitch run. On their ensuing drive Fitch punched one in from 6-yards out to make it 14-all.

Alexis McRoberts hit both extra points.

Wyalusing returned the second half kick-off, though, to take a 26-14 lead, and most of the momentum. That was followed by two more touchdowns to go up 40-14.

Fitch would hit Holcomb for a 24-yard scoring strike late in the fourth, then added another touchdown when Gardner ran one in from 29-yards out.
