Troy scored 12 runs in three innings as they beat Wellsboro, 12-2 in five innings, in their NTL baseball season opener.
The Hornets led 1-0 after the second, but the Trojans pushed four across in the third, and then six more in the fourth to break the game open.
Wellsboro got one back in the top of the fifth, but Troy ended the game with two runs in the bottom of the inning.
Lincoln Chimics (3-for-4) had two doubles, 5-RBI, and two runs scored, with Brendan Gilliland (3-for-4) scoring twice.
Reed Palmer (2-for-3) also had two doubles, with a run scored, and an RBI, as Logunn Heasley (1-for-2) had 3-RBI, and crossed home.
Trey Teribury (1-for-2) scored twice, with Mason Smith (1-for-4), and Joseph Frye (1-for-4) each getting a hit.
Evan Woodward scored twice, as Jack Burbage, and Camden Allen both crossed home.
Palmer got the win, going four innings with four strikeouts, three hits, two walks, and one earned runs.
Frye tossed the final inning, with one strikeout, one hit, and one unearned run.
