Troy jumped out early and hung on throughout as they beat Muncy, 51-41, during the opening round of the Mountain Madness Tournament.
The Trojans had three different players hit double figures, led by Trey Teribury's 15 points, eight boards, and two steals.
Spencer Martin had 13 points, five assists, five rebounds, and two steals, as Aiden Lawrence netted 10 points.
James Roy chipped in with five points, four boards, and three assists, while Landon Cole had four points, four rebounds, four assists, and two steals.
Josiah Pesesky and Evan Allen added two points each, with Pesesky grabbing five boards, and Allen nabbing four.
Jaxton Frantz scored 19 to lead Muncy, who had 10 3-pointers to just four makes inside the arc.
It was just 11-6 after one quarter as the two teams combined for five 3-balls. Three different Trojans - Martin, Roy, and Teribury - all hit from deep to give Troy the 5-point lead.
Offenses picked up in the second with Troy out scoring Muncy 13-12 behind six from Lawrence, and five out of Teribury.
Frantz hit three 3-pointers in the frame as all of Muncy's points came from deep.
Things stayed even in the third with both teams scoring 10, while in the fourth Troy had a game high 17 points - seven from Martin, six from Teribury - to pull out the win.
The Trojans take on hosts Sullivan County in the title game at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
