Lady Warriors Fall Late To Towanda

Canton fell 48-41 to Towanda during NTL girls' hoops action.
The Warriors tied the game off a Danah Wesneski bucket with 1:30 left, but Towanda's Reese Sullivan hit a lay-up at the other end to make it 43-41 with 50 seconds to play.
The Knights held defensively, then went 5-for-6 from the free throw line to get the win.
Danah Wesneski led Canton with 10 points, as Cailyn Van Noy netted nine.
Stella Rockwell added six, with Brenna Van Noy, Daveian Crowley, Alexis McRoberts, and Lydia Roupp all scoring four points.
