The Wellsboro Swim team suffered a pair of losses to Towanda in their final regular season meet on Monday, February 10, but took home seven combined first place finishes.

WILLIAMSPORT - Junior Evelyn Panek logged Athens\' only win here Saturday at the Williamsport Swimming & Diving Invitational, while the Wildcat foursome of seniors Ethan Hicks and Ronel Ankam and sophomores Brayden Pettitt and Eli Hicks set a new school record in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Members of the Wellsboro Swim team posted numerous PRs and three top-5 finishes at the Williamsport Coaches Invite on Saturday, February 8.

ATHENS - Sophomores Brayden Pettitt and Eli Hicks, and senior Ethan Hicks won four events apiece to lead the Athens boys to a 106-50 win over Bloomsburg, while juniors Evelyn Panek and Olivia Thompson were triple-winners to lead the Lady Wildcats to a 90-59 win here Thursday in non-league swimming & diving action.

The Wellsboro Swim teams each picked up victories over Mifflinburg as they took part in a quad meet at Williamsport on Tuesday.

ATHENS - The Athens boys and girls celebrated Senior Night with big wins over Wellsboro and Towanda here Thursday in NTL swimming action.

Freshman Piper Anderegg and junior Makenna Robbins brought home a combined three 1st place finishes against Athens and Towanda on Thursday.
